A Leaders Lunch happens at Cambridge Leadership College every Friday from 12.30pm until 13.30pm. The Leader is welcomed/introduced to the group and invited to share lunch with us.

The Leader then gives a TED Talk type 15 minute presentation on their journey followed by an informal Q&A.

The talks are usually very informal and don’t usually have visual aides. Slides etc are not encouraged.

In addition we all share a delicious lunch which is made by the students of Cambridge Leadership College.

A Leader is defined by us as someone who takes action, someone who has seen an issue in the world and taken action to impact on that issue. It includes traditional leaders such as Doctors or Religious Leaders but it also includes campaigners and people who have faced adversity to advance their career and have relentlessly pursued their dreams.
